Here are 5 quick questions to get to know our newest addition: Gisselle R., who joined us in May, 2026.

CAN YOU PROVIDE A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON YOURSELF?

I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and I’ve been living in the U.S. for over 10 years. I’m a proud mom, wife, and daughter. I would describe myself as hardworking, social, fun, and someone who truly values family. I’m also very passionate when I care about something, I’m all in. I don’t really know how to do things halfway.

Outside of work, I love going to the beach, listening to music, watching TV series, and especially going to concerts(I’ve been to over 80 and counting!). Starting from zero in a new country has been one of my biggest challenges, but it has also taught me to keep learning, growing, and building. My family is my biggest motivation, and I truly believe the sky is the limit.

 

WHAT WAS IT ABOUT ACR4SALE THAT ATTRACTED YOU THE MOST?

I was introduced to ACR4SALE by someone who is very dear to many people, and I’ll always be grateful for that opportunity. What attracted me most was the people and the environment, the commitment, dedication, values, and sense of responsibility really stood out to me. From the beginning, everyone was very welcoming and made me feel like part of the family. I can’t say the HVAC industry was part of my original plan, but I’m a bit of a chameleon, I adapt! And when I find something, I enjoy and believe in, I make it part of my life.

 

WAS THERE A PROJECT OR INITIATIVE IN YOUR CAREER THAT STICKS OUT THE MOST?

I wouldn’t say there is one specific project that stands out the most. For me, the most rewarding moments in my career have always been the ones where I’ve been able to solve a problem, help someone, or contribute to something that made a real difference. I enjoy challenges, and there’s nothing better than looking back and thinking, ‘We figured it out!’.

 

WHAT ARE A COUPLE OF HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF WORK THAT YOU ENJOY?

Oops… I think I already answered part of this one! ? I really enjoy going to the beach, listening to music, watching a good series, going to concerts, and checking out stand-up comedy shows. I simply enjoy having a good time and making great memories.

 

WHERE DO YOU ENVISION SPENDING YOUR NEXT VACATION?

My dream would be to spend a week in the Maldives or maybe take a weeklong cruise. But for now, a few relaxing days in Naples don’t sound bad at all! LOL
