SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed and shipped on the same day or next business day.
  • Most of our products usually arrive in 2 - 7 business days depending upon your location when you select the free shipping option.
  • Expedited shipments are shipped out same or next business day and take between 1-3 business days to receive. Orders placed before 12pm EST are shipped on same business day, all other expedited shipments are shipped out next business day.
  • All items will be shipped based on the shipping option opted for during the checkout process.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes a tracking number. Your package can be tracked with this tracking number.

If you need your order rushed please choose the expedited shipping option. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages (but that has never stopped us from helping our customers before).

OTHER DETAILS

Our remotes, which weigh less than 1 pound each, will be shipped via USPS, with tracking but without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS ground or air, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing your shipping method.

Please provide your phone number as this is required by the carrier company. Please update your phone number either during the checkout or payment processes. We will have to hold the shipment at our facility until we receive your phone number. Please also ensure that there is someone at the site to accept the delivery otherwise additional re-delivery charges may be demanded by the carrier from the buyer. If a delivery is refused, it will be handled as return merchandise as per our Return policy.

All products shall be deemed to be delivered and risk of loss relating to shipment shall pass from acr4sale (Seller) to Customer (Buyer) at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. Buyer is free to arrange and pay for their own shipping and handling F.O.B. Seller's facility. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, all products will be packed for shipment in accordance with Seller's standard practices, and packing methods, shipping documents and manner, route and carrier of shipment shall be at Seller's sole discretion. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect such containers and equipment for damage caused by the carrier and to promptly notify the carrier and Seller of any damages found.

Claims by Buyer for damage, loss or delays in transit shall be immediately notified to the Seller so that Seller can address this with the Carrier. Seller shall have no responsibility or obligations with respect to any such damage, loss, or delay and will only be the middle man in helping to resolve this issue with the transportation/delivery Carrier. However, for claims regarding damage during transportation, Buyer will get a replacement unit shipped to them.

Additional details regarding mini splits

Our mini split systems, which weigh from 124-225 lbs each, will be shipped on a 40x48 Pallet using carriers such as, but not limited to, South Eastern Freight Lines, FedEx Freight and AAA Cooper. Mini split systems can ONLY be delivered to a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS and NOT a Residential Address. If you would like this mini split system for your home, please note that you will have to pick up the mini split at the nearest freight provider terminal. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect such containers and equipment for damage caused by the carrier and to note it on the bill of lading before signing off on it. Once the damage is noted Buyer shall advise Seller so that seller can initiate a claim with the carrier. If damage is not noted on signed bill of lading, we have no recourse to help Buyer receive a replacement unit. Claims by Buyer for loss or delays in transit shall be immediately notified to the Seller so that Seller can address this with the Carrier.
