    Honeywell Universal Fan Timer Board

    The Honeywell ST9120U1011 is a well built product. So far I have experience with only one installation, and it went well. Following the instructions matters as this is a multi-system timer board. Just make sure you read the thorough instructions and adapt the part to your specific system. I recommend this fan timer based on my in-field experience and good results.

    Beautifully engineered. Comes with harness adapters to replace over 40 common furnace control boards. Even provided the mounting screws. A must have product to stock every service truck.

    Exactly what I needed.

    Item arrived quickly, which means a lot to me. It was the exact replacement part and solved my problem perfectly.

    Installation not that straight forward.

    This is a universal replacement for several Honeywell boards so it's not an exact replacement. However, the instructions are clear with table that shows where each wire goes. It looks complicated but don't panic and follow the table and you'll be good. Also the mounting points are different, you may need a drill to make new holes.

    If you are going to replace your Heater controller board (that is covered by this one), this is it!

    I save around $1,000 by replacing the board myself! Originally the company that I didn't know was ripping me off for the last two years, wanted $860 to replace the board. Then they wanted another $225 a year for their Maintenance service and to warranty the board and other parts they had ripped me off with! This board was easy to install, worked the first time and no issues! And at the cheapest price I found, how could I go wrong?
